Autumn and winter are the perfect seasons for enjoying the delights of wild game. And from October through to January there’s an abundance of the beautiful full-flavoured healthy lean meat around including pheasant, mallard, partridge and grouse. We’ll present the very best game we can source, take you though the basics of butchering game and how to make the most of your countryside spoils.

Enjoy a fun day with like-minded people and learn a new skill for life! These courses are designed to be relaxed, informative and fun.

 
WHERE: Blackfriars Cookery School
 
TIMES: 9.30am to 4.30pm
 
COST: £125 per person which includes refreshments throughout the day, a communal lunch with wine in the Cookery School, your own filleting knife, apron and recipes to take home as well as some meat! Payment upon booking. Places are only confirmed once paid in full and are non-refundable or transferable.
 
FRIENDS & FAMILY: are welcome to join the participants for a three course lunch, a glass of wine and coffee for just £27 per person.

LUNCH SERVED: ~2pm

WHAT TO WEAR: Aprons are provided though please arrive in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit messy.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements, conditions we should know about or any other specific requests.

TICKETS & VOUCHERS: please note although we don’t send out physical tickets, you will receive a confirmation from our on-line booking system (note: this will state a table has been booked).
 
We simply add bookings to our internal diary so we know to expect you. However, if you would like to receive a voucher as a gift, simply select the postage option below for £1.50, and a voucher will be posted out to your selected delivery address.
