France remains home to one of the world’s greatest classic cuisines with humble dishes such as French onion soup to cassoulet, coq au vin, confit duck and beef bourguignon rooted in their culinary history. Food really is a way of life in France so come and ensconce yourself in a day of gallic fancy and see what all the fuss is all about.

WHERE: Blackfriars Cookery School

TIMES: 9.30am to 4.30pm 

COST: £110 per person which includes refreshments throughout the day, a communal lunch with vegetarian wine in the Cookery School, your own apron and recipes to take home. Payment upon booking. Places are only confirmed once paid in full and are non-refundable or transferable.

FRIENDS & FAMILY: are welcome to join the participants for a three course lunch, a glass of wine and coffee for just £27 per person.

WHAT TO BRING: Aprons are provided though please arrive in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit messy. Otherwise, just bring your enthusiasm!

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements, conditions we should know about or any other specific requests.

TICKETS & VOUCHERS: please note although we don’t send out physical tickets, you will receive a confirmation from our on-line booking system (note: this will state a table has been booked).
 
We simply add bookings to our internal diary so we know to expect you. However, if you would like to receive a voucher as a gift, simply select the postage option below for £1.50, and a voucher will be posted out to your selected delivery address.
