Confident You - 28 May 2022

Confident You is a half-day workshop aimed at increasing your self-confidence and reducing the blocks that limit you from leading your best life. In the workshop, you'll cover -

- What's unique about you
- Identifying your limiting beliefs, reframing them, and overcoming negative self-talk
- Creating new beliefs and a new confident you
- Mindset tips and strategies to feel more self-confident 
- Future confidence action plan. 

The workshop will take place from 10am-1pm in the Dormitory Meeting Room at Blackfriars.

After the workshop, you will also have the option of enjoying a special lunch offer of a 3-course lunch and glass of fizz for £24 at Blackfriars Restaurant if you fancy meeting a friend and making a day of it!
