Evening Cookery Club - Middle Eastern - 15 June 2021

With everyone loving vibrant and zingy hummus, falafels, tabouleh and baba ghannouj mopped up by freshly-baked soft pita bread; as well as spicy tagines, kebabs and shawarma, it’s no wonder Middle Eastern cuisine is claimed to be the fastest growing ethnic cuisine in Europe and the U.S. Come and see what all the fuss and excitement is all about and create your own little Middle Eastern mezze heaven!

For home cooks who want to take their cooking to the next level, these group sessions give you a taste of the subject, allow you to go at your  own pace whilst cooking with like-minded individuals in a communal environment and are designed to give you experience, skills and confidence in the kitchen.

Enjoy an evening preparing some delicious food to eat around a communal table at the end of the night with your new found friends! These courses are designed to be relaxed, informative and fun.
