James' Store Cupboard Whisky Sour

Here's a recipe for Whisky Sour from James Scrimgeour, our restaurant assistant manager with his new lockdown haircut.

You will need:
1sp caster sugar (or other sugar) and 1tsp warm water
25ml lemon juice
50ml whisky of your choice
1 egg white
Ice

Dissolve the water in the warm water and lemon juice, add the whisky and ice then shake!
Add the egg white and shake some more.  Serve.
