Chinese Crackers - Dim Sum

Cantonese in origin, dim sum are perfectly-formed bite-sized morsels of deliciousness steamed in Chinese baskets and served on small plates. A dim sum brunch might include various steamed buns filled with juicy mouthfuls of pork, beef, prawns or vegetables served as part of a traditional tea ceremony and finished with the ubiquitous egg tart.

Come and indulge yourself in a day of this exquisite cuisine. These courses are designed to be relaxed, informative and fun.

 
WHERE: Blackfriars Cookery School
 
TIMES: 9.30am to 4.30pm
 
COST: £110 per person which includes refreshments throughout the day, a communal gastronomic feast with wine and coffee, your own apron and recipes to take home. Payment upon booking. Places are only confirmed once paid in full and are non-refundable or transferable.

FRIENDS & FAMILY: are welcome to join the participants for a three course lunch, a glass of wine and coffee for just £27 per person. 
Spaces are limited, and on a first-come first-served basis, maximum 2 guests per course participant.

LUNCH SERVED: ~2pm

WHAT TO WEAR: Aprons are provided though please arrive in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit messy.
