Holiday bakes from around the world

Easter, Christmas, Eid, Spring Festival no matter where you are in the world baked goods are made to celebrate festivals and holidays. This workshop takes you on a trip around the world looking at different cultures take on baked goodness.

Dishes you will be making: 
Chocolate Babka (Ukraine, Poland & Belarussia),
Easter - Chipa (Paraguay),
Easter - Koulourakia (Greece),
Eid - Ma'amoul (Middle East),
Christmas - Light Christmas Pudding (Worldwide),
Wedding – Croquembouche (France).

These courses are designed to be relaxed, informative and fun.
WHERE: Blackfriars Cookery School
TIMES: 9.30am to 4.30pm
COST: £110 per person which includes refreshments throughout the day, a communal lunch with wine in the Cookery School, your own apron and recipes to take home. Payment upon booking. Places are only confirmed once paid in full and are non-refundable or transferable.
FRIENDS & FAMILY: are welcome to join the participants for a three course lunch, a glass of wine and coffee for just £27 per person. Spaces are limited, and on a first-come first-served basis, maximum 2 guests per course participant.

WHAT TO BRING: Aprons are provided though please arrive in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit messy. Otherwise, just bring your enthusiasm!
