Ever wondered how to make a box or two of beautifully decorated, decadent soft-centred chocolates? Well now’s your chance! Learn how to temper chocolate to produce a shiny snap on the outside together with a seductive velvety inside.

Over the course of the day you'll be shown how to make professional-looking artisan chocolates lovingly packaged in boxes you can also decorate and take home! These courses are designed to be relaxed, informative and fun.


WHERE: Blackfriars Cookery School

TIMES: 9.30am to 4.30pm 

COST: COST: £110 per person which includes refreshments throughout the day, a communal set lunch with wine in the Cookery School, your own apron and recipes to take home. Payment upon booking. Places are only confirmed once paid in full and are non-refundable or transferable

WHAT TO WEAR: Aprons are provided though please arrive in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit messy.
