Domestic butchery masterclass

Ever wondered how to perfectly portion a chicken or properly prepare a rack of lamb or pork ribs? We’ll take you through the basics and how to instinctively know where and how to butcher each joint of meat. Learn how to make the most of your meat, why some joints are better slow-cooked whilst others should be quickly seared.  Enjoy a fun day with like-minded people and learn a new skill for life! These courses are designed to be relaxed, informative and fun.

WHERE: Blackfriars Cookery School

TIMES: 9.30am to 4.30pm 

COST: £125 per person which includes refreshments throughout the day, a communal lunch with wine in the Cookery School, your own filleting knife, apron and recipes to take home as well as some meat! Payment upon booking. Places are only confirmed once paid in full and are non-refundable or transferable

FRIENDS & FAMILY: are welcome to join the participants for a three course lunch, a glass of wine and coffee for just £27 per person.
