Indian Masterclass

Sunday 24th October

Britain's favourite type of takeaway food, Indian cuisine reflects an 8,000-year history of various groups and cultures interacting with the Indian subcontinent, leading to diversity of flavours and regional cuisines found in modern-day India. If you are bored with onion bhajis and plain naan bread why not spend a day learning to take your Indian food to the next level. Learn about dishes you don’t find in your local takeaway like Ruangan chaman or Matschgand and how to cook them before sitting down to eat a sumptuous Indian banquet.
