With everyone loving vibrant and zingy hummus, falafels, tabouleh and baba ghannouj mopped up by freshly-baked soft pita bread; as well as spicy tagines, kebabs and shawarma, it’s no wonder Middle Eastern cuisine is claimed to be the fastest growing ethnic cuisine in Europe and the U.S.
Come and see what all the fuss and excitement is all about and create your own little Middle Eastern mezze heaven as well as learning more substantial dishes that you will want to keep making again and again.

WHERE: Blackfriars Cookery School

TIMES: 9.30am to 4.30pm

COST: £110 per person which includes refreshments throughout the day, a communal lunch with wine in the Cookery School, your own apron and recipes to take home. Payment upon booking. Places are only confirmed once paid in full and are non-refundable or transferable.

FRIENDS & FAMILY: are welcome to join the participants for a Middle Eastern Meza lunch, a glass of wine and coffee for just £27 per person.

LUNCH SERVED: ~2pm

WHAT TO BRING: Aprons are provided though please arrive in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit messy. Otherwise, just bring your enthusiasm!
