French Fancy

The French will only use the best ingredients they can find, resulting in the food being produced some of the finest in the world. This workshop will introduce you to more regional French food that requires only the best produce and a higher skill level.  So, if it’s a Tart aux Praline, oeufs en Meurette or Daube de sanglier you want, this could be the workshop for you!

COOKERY LEVEL: Intermediate

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT/RECIPIES:
Oeufs en Meurette
- Moules Marinieres
- Quiche Roquefort et Poire
- Aubergine a la Provençale
- Gratin d’endives
- Daube de Sanglier
- Pomme Aligot
- Tart Aux Praline   
                        

WHERE: Blackfriars Cookery School

TIMES: 9.30am to 4.30pm 

COST: £110 per person which includes refreshments throughout the day, a communal lunch with wine in the Cookery School, your own apron and recipes to take home. Payment upon booking. Places are only confirmed once paid in full and are non-refundable or transferable

FRIENDS & FAMILY: are welcome to join the participants for a French three course lunch, a glass of wine and coffee for just £27 per person.

LUNCH SERVED: ~2pm

WHAT TO BRING: Aprons are provided though please arrive in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit messy. Otherwise, just bring your enthusiasm!
