Basic French Cookery

France remains home to one of the world’s greatest classic cuisines with humble dishes such as French onion soup, cassoulet, coq au vin, confit duck and beef bourguignon rooted in their culinary history. Food really is a way of life in France so come and ensconce yourself in a full day of basic gallic cuisine, enjoy learning to make French classics, and see what all the fuss is all about.

WHERE: Blackfriars Cookery School

TIMES: 9.30am to 4.30pm 

COST: £110 per person which includes refreshments throughout the day, a communal lunch with wine in the Cookery School, your own apron and recipes to take home. Payment upon booking. Places are only confirmed once paid in full and are non-refundable or transferable

FRIENDS & FAMILY: are welcome to join the participants for a French three course lunch, a glass of wine and coffee for just £27 per person.

LUNCH SERVED: ~2pm

WHAT TO BRING: Aprons are provided though please arrive in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit messy. Otherwise, just bring your enthusiasm!
