Whilst veganism might still be niche, there are almost 5 million practicing vegans in the UK today and more than twice as many vegetarians. Up to 30% of dinners eaten in the UK are totally meat-free as more people adopt meat-free days into their weekly routine.  Vegetarian and vegan food can be some of the most vibrant, exciting and colourful food around so come and enjoy making a delicious array of meat-free delights from around the world, safe in the knowledge it’s tasty and good for you! it’s also healthy and sustainable. These courses are designed to be relaxed, informative and fun.

COOKERY LEVEL: Beginner to Intermediate

WHERE: Blackfriars Cookery School

TIMES: 9.30am to 4.30pm 

COST: £99 per person which includes refreshments throughout the day, a communal lunch with vegetarian wine in the Cookery School, your own apron and recipes to take home. Payment upon booking. Places are only confirmed once paid in full and are non-refundable or transferable

FRIENDS & FAMILY: are welcome to join the participants for a Vegetarian/Vegan buffet lunch, a glass of wine and coffee for just £27 per person.

LUNCH SERVED: ~2pm


WHAT TO BRING: Aprons are provided though please arrive in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit messy. Otherwise, just bring your enthusiasm!
