Evening Cookery Club - Ethiopian

Tuesday 27th October

Ethiopian cuisine is as old as it is broad - taking its cues from the whole African plain. Typically including spicy vegetable, lentil and meat dishes in the form of a spicy wat curry made using chilli powder berbere served atop of an injera sourdough flatbread. It’s delicious as it is simple and definitely one not to be missed. You’ll even get to enjoy a traditional strong Ethiopian coffee afterwards.

For home cooks who want to take their cooking to the next level, these group sessions give you a taste of Ethiopian cuisine, allow you to go at your own pace whilst cooking with like-minded individuals in a communal environment and are designed to give you experience, skills and confidence in the kitchen.
Enjoy an evening preparing some delicious food to eat around a communal table at the end of the night with your new found friends! These courses are designed to be relaxed, informative and fun.
