A big ‘Welcome!’ to head chef David Mitchell and conference manager Julia Boccanera who have joined our award-winning team.

David joins us from Matfen Hall having worked in a variety of AA Rosette and Michelin-starred restaurants. He's already created quite a taste sensation with his new à la carte menu, and has already been shortlisted in the 2008 Hi-Life Restaurant Awards in the Best Chef category.Good luck for the finals Dave!
Our new conference Manager Julia Boccanera
Julia has joined the team as conference manager to oversee the meeting rooms and conferencing facilities. A former children’s party planner, Julia has events experience with fashion company Miss Money Penny and in her spare time enjoys eating out with family and friends and dancing.
