Blackfriars is celebrating this month after scooping the award for ‘Best in Newcastle’ at the 23rd Annual Hi-Life Dining Awards.

The award for ‘Best Newcastle Restaurant’, which listed an impressive array of the regions eateries, was won by Blackfriars, beating Newcastle’s Black Door Restaurant, Rockafella, Grainger Rooms and the Bridge Inn at Barnard Castle.
