Menus

We serve a classic but gutsy traditional-British menu using local and seasonal ingredients – often straight from the farm. There’s an abundance of great produce all around us including mouth-watering aged beef, old breeds of pork and lamb, delicious award-winning cheeses and ice creams, organic stone-milled flour, fragrant heather honey, really good organic vegetables, super-fresh fish and a host of award-winning beers.
