and development to ensure they provide professional

We source the best produce we can get - not only
is our food fresh and seasonal, it’s also
sourced locally and often directly from the farm.
Our food is to die for! We also pay the same attention
to our drink – our wine is supplied by the
UK’s leading supplier of quality wine and
our wine list is ranked as one of the 20 best
wine lists in the UK (by Restaurant Magazine),
our mineral water wins all the top awards, our
coffee is the best that money can buy(and, by
far and away, the most expensive!). Our butter
is the highest quality unsalted butter around.
Everything we do has to be the best.
